By accessing or using Vita Health ("Vita," "we," "our," or "us") services, including our website myvita.health and any related applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vita. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Services Description

Vita provides AI-assisted nutrition analysis, health insights, and coaching based on user-supplied data such as meal photos, barcode scans, and health goals. Vita does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Beta waitlist access is free. If you choose a paid plan after beta, prices and billing cycles will be presented to you. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Vita and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Vita disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Vita does not guarantee that the Services will always be safe, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Vita harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
